Acronis sought to significantly scale and grow its new Cloud Partner Program that includes secure end-to-end automated service delivery and customer management. While Acronis had a range of solutions available to partners, its billing and provisioning processes were manual and error-prone. The company wanted to reduce operational costs with the hopes of minimizing the complexity of its multi-platform system and increasing its scalability.
Cloud Premium allows Acronis to integrate the platform with key business systems, such as CRM and marketing automation, to provide a complete business solution for its channel partners. Through the Cloud Premium platform, Acronis provides partners with a management panel where they can self-serve 90% of the tasks they need to accomplish. The services can be hosted by the channel partner or deployed in a public cloud environment such as Microsoft Azure.
